    ksc11 master server unable to connect ksc 11 slave servers.

    Hi,

    Unable to connect the slave servers from the new master server(win 2008 R2) after restoring the backup from the old KSc server. Ip -192.168.10.10

    Earlier it was working fine on the KSC old server(win 10 Pro)

    All KSC version - 11.0.0.1131

    Kes11 corruption issue

    Hi,

     

    KSC - 11..0.0.1131

    Kes 11.1.0.90 

    Client is facing problem that their antivirus is getting corrupted:

    1. Client is facing this issue in multiple encrypted device

    2. When we are trying to run antivirus it is showing an error message( Screenshot jkpaper.jpg is given)

    3 . Offline decryption is not possible for as all the HDD are integrated in the laptop.

    Need Kaspersky Web Traffic Security 6.0 ISO

    Hi, We were using Kaspersky Advanced Endpoint Security for the past 3 years with a pleasing experience. Recently we have renewed and upgraded our subscription to Kaspersky Total Endpoint Security which is a comprehensive suite of end point security products esp. two major modules to consider: · Email Gateway Protection · Web Gateway Protection Taking into consideration the first module i.e. Email Gateway Protection, a standalone ISO package is provided which we can simply boot in and it does everything on its own and just asks for User and IP configurations which further provides us a web interface to configure other parameters. Alas! that’s not the case with the Web Gateway Protection module. First of all it doesn’t provides an ISO installation package. We need to install a Linux distribution such as Debian, Fedora, CentOS.. after that we are supposed to install .rpm or .deb installation package. Furthermore, if we need to add a proxy server then Squid Service has to be installed and configured separately. So my query is, can this module be wrapped up in a standalone ISO package with minimal user intervention and no room for security loopholes if left any as it’s a typical installation and there’s very much chance of that. Also because it’s a Web Gateway, will be prone to external attacks compromising our organisation’s security and integrity in the form of data breaches and cyber theft. Looking forward to get a feasible solution from your end. Thank You

    web control not working in kes cloud plus

    Hi, Kes cloud PLus Unable to block websites via content & category. username:- support@kpisoft.com checked locally in kes as well as via kes cloud web console policy. The result is same. All sites are opening after enabling block rule in checking all the option in content categories. workspace ID ID: fc919272-46b9-4dcd-b333-679d649b1e3d Please help us to resolve the issue asap.     Hi, proclienttection status disabled in kes10 linux in ksc 11 in device section. Insralled kesl10 plugins. Updated ksc server repository. I have installed network agent via putty on client pc. Then remotely pushed remote installation package successfully. Deployed kes Linux key to the client system. Updated the client database by executing the client update task for kesl10. But still kesl10 protection status disabled in ksc11. Execute klnagchk command to check communication. It was ok. Disabled selinux, stopped service iptables. Still protection disabled. Client system of Linux don't have internet connection due to security reasons. We have to update from ksc. Kesl10 -10.1.1.6421 Network agent- 11.0.0-29 Os - CentOS 6.10 64 bit Please help us to resolve the issue ASAP. Thank You
