  1. Hi. If you are not going to give resolution here. Why did you waste my time. Useless support from Kaspersky. Give proper solution here.

Hi, As of now, few systems, VM systems and Servers are getting the restart or shutdown automatically. while we are checking the windows events for this issues when kaspersky initiate the restart or shutdown the machines. So we have already checked the above said all tasks, we didn't enabled the restart or shutdown option in any tasks. We known well, if we think logically, Kaspersky will not do the restart or shutdown but why the windows event is generating the logs as it is happening from Kaspersky. Hence we need to get the support from Kaspersky team to resolve the issues.
  3. Hi, added a slave server`s certificate to wizard, add a maser server`s certificate at slave server(at server properties). Once master server`s certificate is added to slave server it will connect to master and should be authorized with master server`s certificate.. Before that I have to uninstall ksws & installed kes11 then disable firewall component from policy. After that master server connected to the slave servers successfully. Please close this topic. Thanks.

  7. Hi, Already we have configured "do not restart the operating system". Here I have uploaded the screenshot. Additionally, We have checked the all created tasks, we did not define the auto restart and Prompt user for action. Please help. BR
  8. Hi, Alex the main issue is master server is not able to connect slave server after restoring earlier dated backup in new master server with same ip. Old master server was windows 10 & the master server od is windows 2012. BR

  14. hi, Iam able to telnet ksc server ip with port no 13000 & 14000 from client system but unable to do the same from server to client. But able to ping both side. Kindly help.
  15. Hi, transport level error in network agent 11. client's os version is wn7 ultimate sp1.we have also manually push the certificate of ksc server. Also run klmover.bat facing same issue Please find the logs attached. BR
  16. hi, Old master server ip was 192.168.10.10. After that when new server was ready his ip was 192.168.10.11. Then swap ip . new server ip was changed to 192.168.10.11 to 192.168.10.10 & old server ip from 192.168.10.10 to 192.168.10.11. After that new server working as master whose ip is 192.168.10.10 was restored with earlier dated back of the old server. But the issue is that slave server’s are not getting connected after successful restoration. Please provide a final resolution. Thank You
  17. Hi, I am not getting Any PF7501 within the incident. My workstation are unprotected due to this issue. If my pc’s get affected by ransomware, you guys will be responsible. Attach the pf & send it asap. BR
