    kesl10 linux realtime protection issue

    Real-time protection level differs from that set by the administrator error coming in 77 linux devices where kes10sp1mr1 for linux.  Reinstalled kesl10sp1mr1 linux same result.  As well as tried kesl11 the result is same. Klnagchk utility syncs properly. Selinux is disabled.  Icmp is blocked by the administrator. Where's iam able to telnet 13000 TCP and 14000 TCP. How to resolve this issue.

    devices auomatically move to unassigned device

    Hi,

    I have ksc 11 & kes 11.2 installed in my environment. KSC & client are updated to the latest signature. Communication is also happening. But still devices are automatically moving to unassigned. No relocation rule is configured. still the same issue. Please guide.

    Unable to access encrypted files in network

    Hi,

    I have multiple host in a group named as encryption,  where file folder encryption is running.  I want to access the encrypted file & folder over network from one encrypted PC to another it's giving error contact your administrator.But if I copy the encrypted files from one host to another host local drive then iam able to view the files  but if i want to open while accessing in the network , unable to open the encrypted file. Please help us to resolve the issue.
