  1. Ensure that the update package you downloaded using Kaspersky Update Utility is compatible with Endpoint 12. Confirm that the update package is stored in a shared network location accessible by the endpoints.
  2. Maybe it's worth to validate the status of the SVMs deployed on each host. You can do this through the ESXi console or the vSphere Client by navigating to the "Security Virtual Machine" section. Ensure that the SVMs are running without any issues and have the necessary resources allocated to them
