i didnt find it. I have kaspersky total security and when im clicking in taskbar Kaspersky icon there is no section or button 'about'

why exactly Kaspersky Plus? How can i find out what type of Kaspersky am i using. Or it doesnt matter?

i dont know if it will work, because the guide says exactly go to this files and delete them

Is it safe to delete everything in the C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report file? Apparently i need to delete everything in it to help my game work

I have been trying to fix this incident for more than 2 weeks, I have tried everything and all the advice of Valorant support, but nothing has helped. And they say that this is most likely due to the antivirus that interferes, and I'm afraid to delete it and in general I don't know what to do. Maybe at least you know how to be, thanks in advance for the help!
