[Previous Application Launch Failed Kaspersky]

I would like some help with this message that keeps popping up every time I start my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software three times and it always reappears, the message says "The previous startup of the application failed" and a report has to be sent , I already sent the report that the message asks for but even so it reappears, I wanted support for this and in the application settings there is no function that disables sending data, and at the time of installation I unchecked the option sending data to report,

I request clarification on the matter...

[MENSAGEM DE "A INICIALIZAÇÃO ANTERIOR DO APLICATIVO FALHOU"]

Queria uma ajuda com essa mensagem que fica aparecendo toda vez que inicio meu computador, já desinstalei e instalei o software novamente umas três vezes e sempre volta a aparecer, a mensagem diz "A inicialização anterior do aplicativo falhou" e tem que ser enviado um relatório, já enviei o relatório que a mensagem pede mas mesmo assim ela volta a aparecer, queria um suporte para isso sendo que nas configurações do aplicativo não tem nenhuma função que desabilite esse envio de dados, sendo que na hora da instalação eu desmarquei a opção de envio de dados para relatório, 

solicito um esclarecimento sobre o assunto...

estou com este problema, só que não fiz inicialização em modo segurança, esta mensagem fica aparecendo para mim toda vez que ligo o PC, ja reinstalei o aplicativo 2 vezes e depois ela sempre volta a aparecer, não tem nenhuma função para desabilitar ela?
