Например, сейчас, пользователю предлагается выбор способа коммуникации с поддержкой. Насколько это решение временное - пока сказать нельзя. Это будет понятно после оценок различных метрик, в том числе и ваших отзывов. Огромная просьба, когда пишите свои отзывы в поддержку, по поводу текущий ситуации, пишите, пожалуйста, аргументировано - зачем и почему вы хотите, чтобы был возращен старый дизайн? Что было удобно, что не удобно сейчас? Чтобы вы вообще хотели бы еще добавить к старому или новому варианту? Это поможет нам определить пути дальнейшего развития портала. По вопросам: Где можно посмотреть историю запросов? И где теперь вообще можно смотреть хотя бы активные запросы? Пока нигде. Есть несколько вариантов. Обдумываются. Теперь каждый раз надо вводить код активации? Нет, поле не обязательное. Там ограничения на загрузку файлов. Раньше можно было использовать альтернативные варианты загрузки больших файлов. Это будет решено? Да, в работе. Спасибо! P.S. На данный момент изменения касаются только пользователей из РФ.
