Теперь единая терминология. Подписка может быть ограниченной (например, на один год) или неограниченной (без даты окончания). Для продолжения работы продукта после окончания ограниченной подписки необходимо самостоятельно продлить ее. Неограниченная подписка продлевается автоматически при условии своевременного внесения предоплаты поставщику услуг. Если подписка неограниченная, то будет кнопка для управления подпиской.

@IceAndyдобрый день! У Вас ограниченная подписка. Т.е. после окончания срока ее действия, деньги не будут списаны автоматически. Если Вы имеете ввиду то, что хотите отказаться от использования лицензии, то инструкция тут: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/buy/14828 Но тогда Вы не сможете ее далее использовать для активации продукта.

Релиз Kaspersky Password Manager для Windows версии 10.0.0.592 состоялся 22 апреля 2022 года. Что нового Добавили авторизацию через аккаунты Google, Apple и другие (зависит от региона). Добавили обнаружение факта ввода некорректных данных в форме логина для популярных сайтов. Поработали над интерфейсом и улучшили его для вас. Исправили некоторые ошибки в работе приложения. On May 10th Microsoft released KB5013943, once installed on Windows 11, it may disable .Net 3.5 and the user will not be able to start the Kaspersky product or have trouble installing/uninstalling the product. Workarounds: Install any available updates for Windows. Perhaps this will solve the problem. If that doesn't work: 1) Activate .Net using instruction: Activate .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 - .NET Framework | Microsoft Docs 2) Or run in CMD (run CMD as administrator): dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-HTTP-Activation dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:WCF-NonHTTP-Activation

Доброе утро. Если снова возникнут проблемы, то сразу обратитесь в поддержку, с данными, что указал выше. Будем смотреть. По нашему мониторингу массовых проблем, у пользователей в Крыму, быть не должно.

@Razzah спасибо. По нашим данным проблем не должно быть. Возможно что то локальное. Попробуйте удалить KSeC через Панель управления (во время удаления снимите все галки). Затем скачайте новую сборку с нашего сайта: https://www.kaspersky.ru/downloads/free-vpn-secure-connection Установить ее, подключить к MyKaspersky и глянуть проблему снова. Если проблема повторится, то, для анализа, нужно обратиться в поддержку: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c Итого нужно будет отправить в поддержку: 1) Такой отчет: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/diagnostics/3632 2) Трассировки: https://support.kaspersky.ru/14544#block1 (уровень трассировок выбрать "Все") 3) Ссылку на эту тему.
