@Demiad Hi, i know. I never deployed it like that in production, just for testing. Since my last post i tested it with multiple KSC on one sql server, tested KSC with sql express and standard and tested KSC in failover with sql 2022, everything works without any problem.

You have in protection settings in anti phishing module, on the bottom of the page section allowlist. You can add sender address there.

Just to add that this problem is not happening with SQL 2022. I know that SQL 2022 is not listed in software requirements, but i did couple installations of KSC with SQL 2022 and everything works without this procedure.
