Hello, simple and clean Windows Server 2019 instalation, no extra roles. KSC 12.2 + SQL 2014 Express + Web console + everything needed for KEDR-O + KSfWS 11.0.0.480. Everything works...even KEDR-O on workstations...Dashboard on server green. After activating KEA on Server, Dashboard gets red...Manageability...with message “Online - Cannot get service data”. I’m not expert for WS...what to look? I have tried to modify KEA components and deinstall parts which are not needed (KATA etc..) and same thing.

I’m trying to exclude folder from all protection components but whatever I do, Scan task (right click on file and “Scan for viruses”) deletes file. It happens even if exact name of file is in exclusions. I have tried several option masks, read examples for KESfW,...and still Policy is applied to endpoint. Latest version of portal and endpoint. Sorry for not using eicar test file, but results are same. What is that I’m doing wrong? How to exclude complete folder (and subfolders) from all components of protection?

Yes, I’m aware that KIS2018 and newer are only with full support. I’m interested if there is set end date for KIS 2017 database updates?
