[SVMs On but not reporting to the console]

I have and issue with my SVMs, for some reason they loose contact with the Main console.

I restarted the SVMs hoping that will recover the connection to the main console but thats not the case. Because of that all my servers cant be updated since i cant start the task of updating from the svm task pannel:

I really need to fix this in order to keep my servers updated!

Can someone help me please?

[Modify Virus Scan time for Critical Report]

Hi, i want to modify the virus scan critical status, what i mean by thats is that i want to be able to change how many days would take to promp the Critical status because right now i have servers that takes several days to perform a full scan and im getting the Critical Status before the task is able to finish. Can someone help me with this? I really need to change this so the reports are clean.

[Installing MDM problems adding devices]

Hi all, I installed MDM acording the KBs that are arround from Kaspersky but at the moment of trying to add a device ussing the server string it fails even when im inside of a Wifi thats in the network. Is there any like From Zero guide to install MDM, like prerequisites and all that stuff? Thanks.
