Reinstalling worked for the admin account but not the guest account on the Windows 7 computer or the one on Windows 10 and Android 7.1.1. The Windows computers network status setting was on trusted network already.

Kaspersky has started to think that my WiFi is public when it isn't. My WiFi has a password and a custom ssid.
