[Windows tells me my computer is unprotected despite having Kaspersky Subscription.]

Hi @Berny, thanks for the reply. So it says Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection is stopped. I can't turn it back on if I click start. I assume this is because Kaspersky is overriding it. Kaspersky itself says it's running but I keep getting the same message.

This started since the last Windows 10 update. Every time I start my laptop, it tells me that my computer is unprotected and that neither Kaspersky nor Windows Defender is turned on. When I click Security settings, it tells me to Turn On Kaspersky but nothing happens. On the other hand, Kaspersky tells me my protection is live. How to solve this?
