The VPN connection does not work. It "hangs" and is now basically non-functional. I have tried to chat to support but there is no response or there is no one on the other end. I have tried to download the app to reinstall but this does not work either. It seems this app as well as support services are simply no longer functioning. Is the VPN service and support completely down?
