Thanks Berny :) I bought it (Total Security) about a week ago. It’s for a new laptop (the one I installed it on) and some upcoming new devices. There was no auto renewal aspect to this. (I do have Kaspersky Internet Security on another PC, which automatically renewed about a month ago. ) I have the feeling that if I had not activated it through my account, and had merely downloaded it and entered the pass-key during the installation procedure, this (the lost 120 days) would not have occurred. Just a thought though.

Hi there, I bought a 5 license version of Total Security. I installed it through my Kasperskey account for the first time today on new laptop (no trial version previously installed). It says “License: 245 days remaining”. Why? And how do I get my missing 120 days back?
