Have just changed from Total Security to Security Cloud. Now when a box appears for a password or characters to be typed in it unwanted fills it up with numerous /////// characters, about 20 or 30. What can i do. The keypad is not stuck and happens say 30% of the time. Was fine before, only started after the switch to Cloud. Hoping for a remedy
