  1. Just to follow up on @Wesly.Zhang ‘s workaround, any time that the Brave browser auto-updates, you’ll have to then go and rename brave.exe again to chrome.exe to load the web browser. If you know PowerShell, you can write a quick script to do it for you.
  2. I was thinking it might have to do something with the brave/chome executable since the behavior for KPM changed when you renamed the executable. So, nevermind 🙂
  3. @nexon, thank you for the tip on renaming brave.exe to chrome.exe. After doing that, my Kaspersky Protection browser extension works in Brave. I use a different password manager than KPM, so I can’t speak for that problem. There is an option in Application Control where you can allow certain exe files to interact with Kaspersky Internet Service interface. It’s a long shot for you but maybe worth trying
  4. The Kaspersky browser extension doesn’t work for me either in Brave. The icon is just gray. Were you able to do something to get it to work? If so, what was it?
