Usuários podem ser adicionados utilizando a Tarefa do KES “Gerenciar Agentes de Autenticação”, para isso os dispositivos devem estar comunicando na rede.

Seu problema foi solucionado?
Caso não tenha sido, com os dois Servidores KSC ligados faça os procedimentos abaixo:1 - No servidor antigo vá em “Tarefas” > “Nova Tarefa” > Servidor de Administração do Kaspersky Security Center > Avançado > Selecione “Alterar o Servidor de Administração” e clique em Avançar;
2 - Informae o endereço IP do Novo servidor do KSC e clicar em Avançar;
3 - Selecione os dispositivos que deseja mover ou grupos;
4 - Deixa como conta padrão e clique em Avançar;
5 - Caso nescessário configure um Agendamento para a tarefa e clique em Avançar;
6 - Defina um nome para a tarefa e clique em Avançar;
7 - Marque a opção executar a tarefa após a conclusão do assistente e clique em Concluir.OBS: Um servidor tem que conseguir comunicar com o outro.
Qualquer dúvida estou a disposição.

Bom dia, eu utilizo um metodo para alterar a senha usando a função esqueceu sua senha da tela do Kaspersky de quando você liga o dispositivo, talvez tenha um metodo mais facil, mais irei enviar abaixo o passo a passo:
1 - Selecionar a opção esqueceu sua senha;
2 - Manter o dispositivo na tela da chave gerada;
3 - Abrir o KSC em outro dispositivo e pesquisar pelo dispositivo que deseja alterar a senha de criptografia;
4 - Clicar com botão direito do mouse no dispositivo e selecionar a opção “Conceder acesso no modo offline”;
5 - Digitar a chave gerada na aba “Agente de autenticação” em “Solicitação do usuario” e selecionar “Criar chave de acesso”;
6 - Digitar a chave de acesso gerada no dispositivo criptografado, apos isso o mesmo irá perguntar se deseja alterar a senha;
7 - Após alterar o mesmo ira iniciar o SO.

Même localement, l'agent réseau par défaut du serveur de gestion des erreurs, il est préférable de décrire l'installation locale de l'agent réseau que je vous ai fourni avec le lien, puisqu'il ne s'installe pas à distance. Vous pouvez ajouter les fichiers LOG à un dossier Google Drive, One Drive ou Dropbox et les partager via un lien et nous les communiquer.

Effectuez-vous l'installation via la console via l'installation à distance? Si oui, veuillez copier le paquet sur la machine et le faire localement. Vous pouvez nous envoyer les journaux les plus récents avec l'extension .txt générés dans le dossier C:\Windows\Temp Merci beaucoup.

Yes, local tasks can be disabled if you are using the Kaspersky Security Center, so virus scan tasks will be performed through tasks created on the console. -
Hello, you can configure the policy in the local tasks section. Leave only the middle option marked as print.

Hello Everybody, There showing some warning like below - "End User License Agreement has been violated. Reason: black list key files corrupted. Application functionality: update blacklist only" In the environment the KSC v11.0.0.1131 KES 11, 10 MR2, 10MR3 and KSWS also there. Exactly which steps has to be followed from KSC to make it solve . We have upgraded our KSC, and started rolling out the updates for KES with network agent 11.0.0.1131. On 95% of the machines in the organisation, the network agent service refuses to start, during or after the install!. Kaspersky m'a envoyé cet agent de réseau afin que je puisse installer sur certains contrôleurs de domaine secondaires l'agent de réseau par défaut de la console n'a pas pu être installé. Seule la version allemande était disponible, mais lorsqu'elle est appliquée, la langue n'interfère pas. Vérifiez que la procédure avec cette version résout le problème.

Kaspersky sent me this network agent so that I could install on some secondary domain controllers that the console's default network agent could not be installed. -

Bonjour, effectuez les procédures suivantes. J'ai eu un problème similaire sur les contrôleurs de domaine secondaires. Essayez de télécharger l'agent réseau à partir de ce lien: https://box.kaspersky.com/f/1c1e4b4a7d744dc7a90b/ Et installez-le sur votre ordinateur ou serveur local. L'installation à distance n'a pas fonctionné pour moi. J'attends ton retour.
