[can't print to wired or wireless printers, after a Kaspersky window appeared that I ignored. [Closed]]

During process of resolving DSL internet issues, a Kaspersky window appeared that I ignored. Since that time I’m no longer able to print on any of the 3 printers I use - 2 are wired and 1 is wireless. I believe it’s a Kaspersky block issue, rather than a printer issue, since they are 3 different printers. My printers show Offline. Not sure next steps to take to resolve...remove Kaspersky and reload?
