@Chuc.Cao, does your son's laptop account have administrator rights?

Yes, I have my account in his laptop and he does not have the password. I’m an Administrator, his account is not

I have 2 kids: Boy 13 years old, Girl 9. The boy is very good at computer (and coding) and recently he adjusted something in his Laptop and make Kaspersky Safe Kid (KSK) stoped functioning. I asked what did he do, he said he did nothing but I’m sure he tried to hack this (he tried to hack many other things).

When I restart his computer then KSK works normally, but later then it stops (several times already). My daughter Laptop has no problem with KSK. Both laptops are new and installed with Window 10

I use this software to monitor him and prevent him from bad effect from Internet and also limit time usage, however, I failed now. Is there anyway to fix this? Of course I changed the password in “My Kaspersky” from my Laptop and he did not know. Please help.

We’ve tested based on your 12yr old child profile; we cannot replicate the issue. 

The 12yr old default KSK profile is shown in the images 1 - 4, with an additional Youtube Allow exclusion, image 5 is what the child sees, image 6 - result: Youtube, image 7, delete profile confirmation screen - referred to further on: 

 

• ❔ Has Youtube ever worked? 
• ❔ How long has KSK been installed? 
• ❔ Is KSK subscription or free version?

Please do the following:

1. Confirm KSK Computer requirements ? 
2. Remove KSK - follow the documentation carefully
3. In your MyKaspersky account, delete both children’s profiles - image 7 above
4. Reboot, shutdown computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power computer on, login
5. Download & install a new KSK installer - follow the documentation carefully
6. Configure KSK - follow the documentation carefully
7. Retest Youtube access?

Even “Ask for permision”, I approved, it notified that my kid can access youtube, but it is still blocked like above

3. I tried with Chrome and Microsoft Edge: same result

I’m having problem with youtube on Kaspersky safe kid, I allowed it everywhre, in Category and in specific website but it was still blocked by Kaspersky safe kid.

I could not solve this, can anyone help? Thanks
