I keep most data on a separate drive so I just reinstalled windows

W10 pro Running kasperky TS and malwarebytes Opened a word doc and got infected according to mykaspery Scanned the file before i opened but it eas clean It installed in C:colorfonts32 Got into safemode and neither AVS will detect it. Submitted a request but I need this PC Malwarebytes will not turn back on. Though it will scan I unplugged the LAN and tried to plug it back in but no connection...maybe because of safemode? I chose basic safemode.
