    Hi, I Installed Kaspersky safe kid months ago but it accidently stopped running twice with unknown reasons. I clicked on the shortcut of KSK, it is not responding, nothing happen: 1/ Windows info: attachment 2/ KSK version: 1.0.5.1360 Please help me to find the root cause. Thanks Chintm
