Hi Berny, attached is the log text file after adwcleaner clean my system… by the way, i really dont undestand the below event log “Disk 2 has the same disk identifiers as one or more disks connected to the system. Go to Microsoft's support website (http://support.microsoft.com) and search for KB2983588 to resolve the issue.” i dont know why got multi same ID disk…..when go to windows support and search for the KB2983588… i really dont understand what is talking about,,,hahaha….i am not PC expert..haha.. please guide me..thank you
