i am still having this problem , support is very slow especially this is an enterprise grade software and license !

i am facing tons of issues from not able to install remotely to not being able to update

KSC12 asks for plugins to be installed , i tried them all , either i get the plugin you are trying to install is old , or error 1316 the specified account already exists

i posted the GSI 2 times and no one answered !

I dont know which plugin needs to be installed..i tried them all.

Look at my previous reply..KSC 12 is asking to install a plugin

KSC12 demands plugins to be installed but then the page is empty .. if i try to install manually i get : plugin installed or the error 1316

and it still refuses to install update

when i try to install the plugin needed i get the error 1316 the specified account already exists.

i tried the adware removal app but error is still the same

i am getting different errors while installing the KES remotely ( KSC 12 )

Be sure to set this to (3). By default it is configured to 1.

i am trying to restore my KSC after the server hardware failed , what is the password exactly ? the sql password ? admin user pass? i tried all the passwords i know and it not working .

hello i have KSC11 and endpoint security 11.1.1 installed on windows 7 (32 and 64bit) i was working normally but now it is blocking my pop3 SSL ( my personal server and gmail regular email ) on pc without kaspersky : email works normally with SSL on pc with kaspersky : i am receiving error 0x800CCC1A " your server does not support the encryption type you have specified" i tried disabling the antivirus but error remains - i tried to work a little bit with the firewall and network protection but it didnt work ... only solution is to remove the antivirus completely (uninstall) what should i verify ? //Mod Note: moved to proper section.
