[KRD 18 cannot connect to the hotspot]

I do not know any specifics you are looking for but
an Asus x570 Strix E motherboard
TP-Link WN823N is the wifi adapter

I assume this is a driver issue?

Im using TP-Link WN823N and it appears in the tastkbar.

It cannot connect to the Hotspot and it just says:
“ Disconnected”
“The network connection has been disconnected”

I do not have an Ethernet connection and I only use my Hotspot.
Reinserting the dongle does not change as it just gets disconnected again.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you
