Yes if we unlock the device there is no problem to shut off it, I explain why I need this :
When My doughter going to college, the device have to be shut off, but on the way she can use it, and I lock it if she use the phone so much time, but, in case of she used her phone more time, the device is lock, and she can't shut off it when she arrived to college...
So I need to unlock it for her to shut off. it not logical...
I think it necessary to have a exclusion on shut off function, or let the possibility to parent to shut off the device from home.
what do you think about this ?

It's Not exactly the same issue that why I open another topic,
I'm on premium KSK, yes "Appel" is always accessible, but when we try to lunch it, about 4 times for 5, it's not working,
as you tell, it's for security reason that we need to have appel unlock, but it seems there is an issue...

Hello,
1 - it timer lock, I configured hours for blocking device, with some exclusions
2 - it only to shut-off the device (by Using power key of the phone)
3 - I can't send you a screen print, the function to shut is not accessible on lock mode,
which function can I autorize ?

Do you know if there is a way to unlock the android shutdown function when KSK is blocking the device ?
because when we are in this statu, we can't shutdown the phone ?
maybe a KSK function on parent's device ? I didn't find...

My daughter use what's app on her mobile with Kasperky safe kid,
I see that report indicate usage for 8h of what's app whereas she used it less than 1h,
did someone look at that ?
it seems that is not all days there is this issue..

Hello, I have the same issue with Youtube and What's App, My Doughter power off her phone when she arrived at school, but when she power on her phone at the end of the day, WhatApp and Youtube show 7h usage...
