My 2 kids can be managed with their phone, one Tablet and 1 PC. Another Laptop with version H does not show this computer on my Android app. I checked and the software is running on both kids profiles, so I wonder what is happening here. Official Bug? What solved it for you? Restarts/Win updates? I am clueless, as if that Notebook does not exist. It exists on my.kaspersky, though. I assume it is the software not reporting on the laptop. Hope it gets fixed, soon. thanks
