[Cannot access a website]

Hi, There is a website that we are being stopped from accessing, When we choose the site and are diverted to a new Kaspersky secure page, the following message shows up:

This site can’t be reached

touch.kaspersky.com refused to connect.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks very much for the advice. I looked at the path for each of the detections and they are in old outlook backups. Should I simply manually delete the backup file that the emails as these files are no longer needed? Thanks again, Terence

Kaspersky says my protection is at risk and I have had 31 objects in the Notification Centre for a week or so.

These are the kind objects - trojans, email worms and Packed.win32 (attached a screenshot of the first 5 items)

I have selected "Resolve all" a number of times starting a week or so ago but the problem remains.

Occasionally a tect box appears saying

I have Windows 11 and use Kaspersy Plus Version 21.17.7.539
