[How to renew my Bank card Details?]

I can’t do anything to my Bank Card in Account Settings.  It’s devoid of anything that highlights or clicks.   All the other bits are changeable, name, password, email, etc etc.  But not ‘Bank Card’

[How to renew my Bank card Details?]

I have tried repeatedly to renew my bank card details, in order to allow  payment to be taken at the end of the month. 

Unlike all the other sections, name, email, password etc there seems to be nothing to click on to enable me to do this. 

What am I missing?
