Hi everyone,
after the upgrade from KSC10-10.4.343a, fully functional, to KSC11-11.0.0.1131a, completed successfully and without any errors, I found an occasional crash with the relative dump of the KLSERVER.EXE application.
After a few tens of seconds the console (always installed on the same server) is restored and everything returns to work for a few hours.
I state that the KSC is installed on a Win2008R2SP1 with SQL 2008R2.
The server event log in the Kaspersky Log entry indicates a
"Process 3752 '\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\klserver.exe' will be terminated due to exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005) in module 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\klcssrv.dll' at 6302A558. Dump file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\~dumps\KSC.11.0.0.1131_05.15_14.48_3752.0xC0000005klserver.full.dmp' has been created.. "
Even if the server is working (it manages over 1000PCs) it has become slow in displaying the console and I would like to solve the problem so that the system is not aggravated and totally blocked.
