Can kaspersky block vanguard(game valorant/Battle Eye) ?

My friend said to me vanguard(game valorant) is working at Ring-0. And he said vanguard is different with battle eye(game PUBG). If I turn on PUBG, Battl Eye will start to works, but Vanguard always turn on at background. Can kaspersky block this anti-cheat program when Vanguard program get hacked? Is Kaspersky working at RIng-0? or not? Can block a hacking tool that works at Ring-0?
