Hello Team, We have enabled Kaspersky File and Folder encryption on all the systems. Now one of the system is gone in offline mode and is trying to access the encrypted file of another's system which is also a part of same KSC but while accessing the encrypted file we are getting an error "Access to data is blocked" and asking to generate the request access so we have saved this file (.kesdc) and transferred to KSC, now while generating the access key we are getting an error "Error granting access to encrypted files. Data encrypted by another encryption service". I'm having latest KES 11.2 installed on all systems and latest KSC 11.0.0.1131 with patch a. Thanks and Regards, Anil Bisht
