Error Message “Web address field must be unique”

Hi I entered the web address in the Password Manager App for iOS. I get an error message “Web Address Field Must Be Unique”. That is the address that I copy onto the IE on my DeskTop. https://onqinsider.hilton.com/insider/onqlogin/login.aspx Can you help, please? Many thanks BrianGMX
