  1. Just made one payment on a1.hr which requires SecureCode, this appeared: After clicking on "blocked by mistake" the message appeared: Neispravan zahtjev (Invalid request). When I disabled Kaspersky, I managed for Securecode to appear and made the payment with success. Here is the report, uploaded: https://jumboiskon.tportal.hr/dl/e7530e05-8daf-494f-8bf4-da49ff68db13 Mastercard Securecode is set up by going to a phone app where I click - one-time password (up on the image i posted before "Jednokratna zaporka in Croatian") and I type it in the requested field. No, not every site has Securecode, only some. Depends. Thank you:slight_smile:
  2. It is getting blocked on all portals that require "2 step" Securecode, cannot confirm is it on all devices as I made only one payment since I bought KTS. This is an example how it looks like, only different bank (not Zagrebačka banka but HPB). Can you go to KIS REPORTS, find the events that match the blocking, export the 24 hrs report & upload, using the "upload icon" in your reply? It has been more than 24 hours since I have made the payment, but I will make another purchase today and provide the report. Have you added the site to "exclusions"? No, because I do not think it is possible as the URL when displaying Securecode window is always different. And why would I? Then I would be unprotected while making the payment:disappointed_relieved:
  3. Hello Community, I have a problem: when I pay with my Mastercard Debit, as a 2step verification Mastercard Securecode opens but kaspersky blocks it as an unsafe website! I click "I understand the risks and wish to continue" but then again it says unsafe and so on. I highly doubt a banking verification would be unsafe; it has a certificate and when I turn off kaspersky Chrome says it is secure? I cannot provide an image because I have already paid what I wanted by turning of kaspersky for couple of minutes... Thank you in advance

Arwa I suggest you look for Kaspersky perhaps at your local stores, or (depending on where you live) on kaspersky.co.uk where the key works for the entire EU and Falkland Islands, usa.kaspersky.com for USA and Canada... Global website kaspersky.com is the most expensive way. For example, on usa.kaspersky.com you can get Internet Security 3 devices for as low as $40. I live in Croatia and bought KTS via the UK website for 35 pounds :)

I tried for one device but this is what happened after I dragged the .zip report: Also when i clicked log in or sign up on the page nothing happened...     3. Can you detect, does it happen 24 x7, or at a particular time of day, any "familiar" sequence?

    I am currently on vacation, so I cannot provide for 1. and 2 (I will be able to in a week), but I can provide KS free info (sorry for bad photo but I think you can see)One thing to notice is that it somehow managed to update today, but not yesterday nor much before.
    Very weird, this never happened with other antivirus software such as AVG and Bitdefender. Thank you for this detailed response!
    It starts downloading and just stops and sometimes doesn't even update if i dont manually stop and restart.
    Also, plus FLOOD post located above, can you please try to reproduce the problem with KTS and provide an update report : https://support.kaspersky.com/14838

  7. Ok, I was patient enough to listen support texts :) Now please answer to my question. Does Kaspersky plan to introduce My Kaspersky account protection with two-factor authentication?
    That is what I meant, they said they will add it for My Kaspersky as far as I remember... cannot currently access the device nor that browsing history on which I found this info so I cannot be sure. Sorry!
