It's different Harlan and when Hide notification is selected, the OTHER recommendation does not go away and the OTHER recommendation only has install nothin else.

I've seen a lot worse in this forum than a little emoji that perfectly shows hwo I feel about the extension problem

It's bad enough getting one notification!! I DON"T WANT to install the extensions - that's the problkem. Kaspersky's "by design" = 💩

Welcome!
As far as we understand, Kaspersky Technical Support are saying this is not a problem it’s “by design”, but they want traces, as follows:
- Enable Tracing
- Exit KIS.
- Restart KIS.
- Check whether both IE extension notifications are still there.
- Disable Tracing
- Save the Traces as a zip archive.
- Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, select Application malfunction template, include images, detailed history, Traces & a GSI & Windows Logs.
- After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
Please let us know the outcome?

Hi, There are a website that I need to use which KIS keep giving the following error:
Access blocked, The requested URL cannot be provided, Object URL: https_www_tomandco_be_be_fr (because of the error, ive munged the url) Reason: the object is infected by HEUR:Trojan-PSW.Script.Generic. I use kaspersky total securitys.
i have ran it through Kaspersky Virus Desk and found no problems.
is it a false positive?
Can it be unblocked?

Oh, so it is too early to know this yet? I thought I was clear, I buy licenses from the UK website becuase it states it is for the EU, will it remain that way after brexit?

Hello, I want to ask if the Mods know, what will happen to Kaspersky licenses bought on kaspersky.co.uk after Brexit? For now, when I go to the checkout page, it states: This licence is not for sale or activation outside of the European Union and Falkland Islands.
I use the UK license which my aunt bought, I live in Croatia and it was activated successfully in Croatia because I am in the EU.So, after Brexit, will the license only be intended for activation within the UK and maybe Falkland Islands?

Then again, it really seems like it is not legit, looks very sketchy to me, with that url. But I am glad it is real.

Hello community,
I noticed when my father recently clicked on the renew button in Kaspersky Total Security 2019, it led him to the renewal center, and the upper part of the website is suspicious, as being told by @FLOOD this is a spam, and it is fake. But to my father it has appeared on the “official” kaspersky renewing page as seen on the photo.

After I clicked on that message photo:

When clicking on it again today, I have the full link saved, but I do not know am I allowed to paste it here, because of security reasons. I can also mention that I received emails regarding these rewards as well, but I unsubscribed from it as Flood said😉

Done the exact same thing Flood. But then i noticed that I do not even use KPM so I just uninstalled it. ?problem solved

It seems Kaspersky has left us only with Security Cloud Free as I do not manage to find download for Kaspersky Free anymore on the link https://free.kaspersky.com/ And that is completely fine - the Security Cloud Free has many advantages over classic Kaspersky Free as far as I have seen.

I don't open Kaspersky apps after they are updated automatically (in Google Play Store or App Store), will they continue to function normally?

Regarding system requirements, says it’s supported only up to Android 9.x, while I have it on Android 10. I dont know what 9.x means, there is only Android 9, there is no Android 9.1 etc.
