I appreciate your eventual response; I have in the meantime determined the computer’s drive to be failing and have arranged a replacement.

After using kavremvr to remove a non-functioning Kaspersky Endpoint 11, all subsequent attempts to install on windows 10 produce this error. There is no search result in the knowledge base for “27310”. Why is it that every error I get with Kaspersky seems to be something nobody has ever seen before?

Whever I deploy a license, its expiration date changes to 1/1/1970

11.7 Clients have stopped picking up license from KSC 13. The full error is “License is missing” (useful).
When I try to manually deploy the license to a computer, suddenly the license in KSC has its expiration date set to 1/1/1970 and it stops working everywhere, until I re-activate it in KSC to get it activated again.
Has anyone seen this behaviour?
