  1. Windows 11 will run only on high end machines which will lock a lot of people out of windows. The only alternative is Linux. If Kaspersky does not issue a release for Linux/Unix personal it will loose approximately half its windows user base. Which subsidises business use. Could this be the final nail in coffin of Kaspersky? They (the powers that be) want to get rid of it. Not supporting peoples move to Linux/Unix when Window 11 is released will give “them” the perfect tool. There are already other brands that support Linux/Unix flavours. Let us support you! I personally have used Kaspersky for years. But my move to Ubuntu could stop that income coming into you. How many more like me are out there. I suggest millions. Multiply that by yearly licence cost. According to 111+ Mind-boggling Linux Statistics and Facts for 2021 - Linux Rocks! (hostingtribunal.com) almost 2% of the worlds desktops are Linux. And between 95 - 100% of servers and super computers use Linux. The 2% of desktops will only grow dramatically with the release of Windows 11 and the withdrawal of Windows 10. The business you are potentially going to miss out on is huge. Could this be Kaspersky’s end?
