How do I mark an item as solved

Hi thanks,,I will do that,, I am brand new to this,, So how do I mark it as solved. Thanks.

Just installed Total Security today,,, Almost everything seems ok,, But when i click Private Protection or Back up and Restore or Network Monitor it asks for Password,, The password to log into Total Security does not open it,, just says invalid password ,,Any ideas,.
