After installation of Kaspersky Plus 21.17.7.539 the functionality of "Windows Start Search" doesn't work or it's very very slow for application search. Do you have some advise for me? Thanks.

Hello Guys, I have a problem to use the software eCatcher. When the software starts, a message on the screen says "Talk2m VPN Service cannot be found". But the service is running. I already contacted the Software House but thay says disable Antivirus. Even in this case the error message appears on the screen. They advise me to uninstall Kasperky Internet Security and use another antirus. Do you have some advise for me? Thanks in advance. Window 10 Pro Internet Security Suite 21.3.10.391(k)
