Hi. yesterday i wanted to update flashplayer from kaspersky security center but “Обновлений установлено: 0 из 1. Signature mismatch for file 'https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe' “ error occured. could you please tell me what cause this issue? but please this one is much more important. i would be happy if you help me as sson as possible.

I decrypted bitlocker locally. than encrypted it manually not using KSC. but no encrypted computer status appeared on kasp-ersky security center. let me write the case once more. imagine we have 500 users and we locally enabled bitlocker on oll of computers. now i want to be sure that all computers have bitlocker. that is why i need management tool to give me info about computer encryption information.So i heard that kaspersky endpoint security could send info to KSC. now i want to now how i can do this. or is it possible? but you say that decrypt 500 computer than encrypt it using KSC. it is impossible. the question is simple: is it possible to learn about computer encryption status using KSC?

we always have Kaspersky endpoint security and connected to KSC. when I turned on bitlocker on computer manually there was KES that had connected to KSC. But only Bitlocker management companent of KES turned on after bitlocker implementation

Hello. i enabled bitlocker management companent on users KES but encryption status from KES wont appear in kaspersky security center DATA ENCRYPTION AND PROTECTION. anybody knows why?

Hello Nikolay sorry for late reply. One more think i want to ask. if i do as you said, would i be able to see encrypted devices dashbord? or i have to enter computername one by one in order to see whether computer is encrypted?

Sorry for late reply. no we dont. we only use kaspersky update for 3rd pary applications such as dadobe java etc. -

Hello, when we begin to install updates on computers in order to fix vulnerability, some computers return “”””System error 0x80004005 (Unspecified error)”””” error. i ping that computer observed that computer was online. but not sure why it returned such error -

Dear all. we are unable to fix Java vulanarabilities on three computers. Yesterday we run java updates on computers but even after restart none of the java update installed on computers. This is so urgent. please help us to solve this problem. but the interesting part is that some computers were able to get updates. any suggestions? please see attachment. those three computer state were not changed for 48 hours. -

i dont think so. i want users take update from kaspersky server. users are not allowed to take updates from outside. all blocked. kaspersky has access to internet to take any update. but why users not request for update to kaspersky center. instead it request to outside -

Dear all we scanned computers in order to check if there were vulnerabilities. we found 30 computers that some application needs to be updated. For example java version 1.8 need to be updated. So we created new task to install required updates to computers. But "Обновлений установлено: 0 из 1. CUrl error: 56 while downloading https://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=239858_230deb18db3e4014bb8e3e8324f81b43 (OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 10054)" such error it shows us. what kind of error it is? what cause this error? let me inform you that we have firewall between hosts and internet.And our hosts restricted to download most of file types. but Kaspersky security center server has no any restriction to internet to download exe or other type of files. Kaspersky endpoint agent connects to internet download updates when need or agent connect to Kaspersky security center to download update? //Mod Note: moved to proper section. -

Dear all, after upgrading from 10 to 11 version Kaspersky removed Device control configurations. Now do we have to add trusted devices one by one? Why it happened could please tell me how to solve this issue? After upgrading Kaspersky endpoint and security center users were able to turn off KES. We added admin privilege requirement again. It was easy to turn on it again. Adding trusted device is not easy. Is there a way to bring back old configuration regarding Device control? it is crucial issue please help us -

Hi Nikolay I enter the Kaspersky security center and chose a computer that bitlocker enabled. but nothing shown with regard to encryption.

Hi If a user independently enables encryption using BitLocker, KES will correctly transmit KSC information that the computer is encrypted, now could you please tell me how can I configure KES to tell me whether computer is encrypted?

Thanks for reply. I want to say that we have already configured bitlocker on computers localy.And created GPO on windows server. The question is that we are not able to monitor bitlocker events. the link shows that I have to configure bitlocker using Kaspersky Bitlocker management. But I have alrady configured it and only think I want is to monitor the bitlocker event from computers. Hope I could make it clear. Let me give you deep explanation. Suppose we have 30 users and I am asked to encrypt their hdd. First I created Group Policy on windows server and applied to 30 computers. Help desk technician approached to 30 users to start bitlocker each computer. After completing Bitlocker on computers we needed to monitor whether all of the computers had been encrypted or not. So, I began looking for a way to monitor events from that 30 computers. I heard about Kaspersky agent that is capable of sending events to Kaspersky Security center. I don't want to configure same policy on Kaspersky security center that has already been configured on windows server. I am afraid it could lead to conflict between policies. Please if something is unclear to you let me know

HI. I configured bitlocker on users's computers and configured Group policy on windows server. Then I heard about Kaspersky Bitlocker management functionality.By the way I also use Kaspersky as antivirus. Is it possible to see bitlocker events from Kaspersky endpoint agent?
