Thank you very much. Updating Windows did the trick! Interesting because I have ticked automatic updates in Windows settings and don't know why this was not done automatically. Anyway, I am glad it is all working now, thanks again.

I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085(c) All seems to work fine, but I can't upload songs to Google Play. I am on a PC laptop using Chrome.
