The following is the response from Russia's headquarters to our questions regarding hiding missing applications option that appears under the Clean up option: 1. Can I hide missing applications if I use the *Hide missing applications * option? Under 'Clean up' in the product GUI, there is a small explanation of how to hide missing applications. 2. How did this appear on the GUI? In the Clean up tab, you can choose to Hide missing applications. 3. Is it possible to unhide missing applications? It is not possible to unhide missing applications. Please accept my sincere thanks for your prompt response. Your desktop shortcuts for the eight programs disappeared immediately. Upon checking, I discovered all of them had been deleted. Furthermore, I've had to reinstall Creative Cloud apps and games, for instance. My desktop has all been emptied of apps. I don't know which ones have been deleted. Your help is much appreciated.
