Добрый день. После приобретения продукта Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway и в процессе его использования начали возникать пожелания по улучшению. Однако при написании в тех. поддержку в CompanyAccount столкнулись с тем, что все пожелания отклоняются с формулировкой “Пожелания о доработке более не регистрируются. “ Последний раз нашли логическую ошибку в SPF проверке (если нужно отдельно создам беседу по данному вопросу) и попросили включить в разработку. Опять попытка снять проблему формулировкой “Пожелания о доработке более не регистрируются. “ и описание настройки (для устранения проблемы), приводящей к понижению безопасности. Это нормальное поведение разработчиков (ранее так вплотную с Касперским не сталкивались)? Но самый главный вопрос: продукт Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway перестал развиваться? Но в этом случае в ИТ бизнесе - смерть продукту, даже учитывая что это связанно с безопасностью, т.к. появляются новые технологии. Может кто прояснит ситуацию.
