Hi @Flood and Flood's wife im using Android 10 OneUi 2.5 KIS Version 11.57.4.4190 I have reboot my phone as well it won't load the mugshot saying waiting for a response I've tried everything haha thanks for taking your time out to help me i appreciate it, waiting for technical support but due to covid -19 response time depends on the location that im in.

Hi guys I'm using Samsung s20 ultra 5g can't get my mugshot function to work if I restart my phone the mugshot function appears but when I use it say waiting for results and waiting for response, I have a older phone and the mugshot function works fine any suggestions guys. Tia
