to upgrade KES from 11.* to 12.0.0.465 do I need to uninstall KES and reinstall the new version?

Hello everyone, I recently installed kaspersky security center on a server and in the setup I checked the option to use windows authentication to access the console, but now this is not feasible because I don't have administrator credentials in the location where this server will be located
my question is, how can I create an admin user to access Kaspersky security center, without being an AD admin user

In the task in the update tab, more specifically in sources, are you checking "Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server" or "Kaspersky Update Servers"?
I like to use Kaspersky Update Server because some updates are disabled on my administration server, so the source of updates is Kaspersky Update Serve

Hey,
I store 400,000 event logs in my KSC and have 12 slave servers for clients. Cleaned up install packages I don't use, it was a good cleanup of almost 40gb but the event log is storing too much. When I click delete in event log view, I can't delete many event logs at once.
My question is, what is the best way to clear the KSC storage?

I have changed the password to access the interface.
I will try this, a lot of my clients dont know the importance of protection enabled and when they use some activation software to windows or office the protection exclude the file and they turn off the protection, but we can add on exclusion list and i will try put this in they head

that's not what i meant. imagine a scenario where the user has the master password and disables Kaspersky Endpoint protection, such as disabling some component. Then the status of the device changes to "Protection disabled". I want to know how to enable protection remotely, without having to go to the computer and do it manually

I found out that it's not Kaspersky blocking the certificate
It doesn't work because i don't have the CA installed on pc

Isso ai eu implantei. Eu peguei o ambiente já da mão de outra pessoa, mas "fuçando" aqui no KSC vi que possui uma tarefa de modificação dos componentes e fazendo testes no meu ambiente de homologação, vi que ele deixa ativado apenas os componentes de segurança que estão marcados na tarefa. Não sei se é a forma correta, mas já ajuda a ativar os componentes de segurança.

I have 12 administration servers on my main server. Some politics doesnt has password administration on interface configurations so some users can change configs on app. Knowing this some users desactive protection to use some website or file that kaspersky blocked.
I don't have access to the computer 'cause it is on the site of client. How i can active the protection of endpoint computer remotely?

Yes, I have a main server and the client server is linked. I thought about creating some tasks to make a standard organization in my environment. It contains manual tasks and automatic tasks, but creating them one by one can be tiring.

@SuporteFLR cara, também estou com o mesmo problema acredita. Porém é no momento de executar a tarefa de correção de vulnerabilidade.
Agora em questão das partes de atualizações dos softwares, acredito que quando a tarefa de atualização do endpoint é executada ou alguma outra tarefa que envolva atualização, ele sempre vai atualizar aquela base de dados ali das atualizações de software
