hey guys to upgrade KES from 11.* to 12.0.0.465 do I need to uninstall KES and reinstall the new version? I tried some tasks to update, but it doesn't update the version, only database and ksn I'm doing it like this, the task uninstalls KES from the host and another task installs the new version, is that correct?

Hello everyone, I recently installed kaspersky security center on a server and in the setup I checked the option to use windows authentication to access the console, but now this is not feasible because I don't have administrator credentials in the location where this server will be located my question is, how can I create an admin user to access Kaspersky security center, without being an AD admin user

Hello ? I want to know one thing about hardware requirement. In an environment that has exactly 200 computers (these will run the endpoint application) to a slave server (this will run the security center), what specifications do I need?

Hey, In the task in the update tab, more specifically in sources, are you checking "Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server" or "Kaspersky Update Servers"? I like to use Kaspersky Update Server because some updates are disabled on my administration server, so the source of updates is Kaspersky Update Serve -
Hey, I store 400,000 event logs in my KSC and have 12 slave servers for clients. Cleaned up install packages I don't use, it was a good cleanup of almost 40gb but the event log is storing too much. When I click delete in event log view, I can't delete many event logs at once. My question is, what is the best way to clear the KSC storage?

Excellent! I have changed the password to access the interface. I will try this, a lot of my clients dont know the importance of protection enabled and when they use some activation software to windows or office the protection exclude the file and they turn off the protection, but we can add on exclusion list and i will try put this in they head sorry for my english, i'm brazilian -

that's not what i meant. imagine a scenario where the user has the master password and disables Kaspersky Endpoint protection, such as disabling some component. Then the status of the device changes to "Protection disabled". I want to know how to enable protection remotely, without having to go to the computer and do it manually -
