  1. Windows Version : 11 22H2 Build 22621.1265 Kaspersky VPN Version : Unknow (Premium) Kaspersky Antivirus : 21.3.10.391 The problem occurred today. When i turn on computer and i tried to open VPN to use the program didn't start i've tried to open multiple time but still didn't success. when i tried to uninstall/change the program in control panel the Uninstaller said "Application upgrade is in progress . Removing the application is not allowed now..." And so i wait about an hour but still the app didn't open and also i still can't uninstall I also notice that in control panel there have no internet activity and no disk activity at all What could be the problem?
