Also, if the option below is checked and you open Kaspersky right after startup , the opening from the dialog box indicating that Kaspersky is loading prior to opening the normal interface is a normal behavior. -

You are welcome. It happens once in a while that the verdict from the Kaspersky Virus Desk is different from the Kaspersky Web Antivirus module. K-Lab engineers are also participating in this Forum and could fix this issue. -
