I can’t guarantee you a fix but this looks like a problem that is related to version 21.3. Please proceed with an on top install after exporting your current settings and reboot when the installation is completed.

means that your KIS will continue to receive database till 03-01-2025. The confusing fact however is that your Activation Card states that the Activation Code must be used before the end of 2022 🤔 , anyway If you encounter any problem please contact Kaspersky Technical Support. -
