I always recommend - e.g. also in a case of a boxed version or an activation card - to download the latest official version from the Kaspersky website or My Kaspersky.

⚠️ Only if you trust the object please try this :
- Disable : Performance → PC Speed-up → ⚙️Settings → Perform recommended actions automatically
- Kaspersky will ask you to decide which action to take on detected objects
- Choose for “Quarantine”
- Restore the quarantined object
- Create an exclusion rule for the object
- Enable : Performance → PC Speed-up → ⚙️Settings → Perform recommended actions automatically
- Reboot

If the scan result is safe then your system is clean . Can’t you activate a spam filter in your webmail backoffice ? Also at this moment a format is not the fix 🤔.
